(12) Places of Worship/Religious Institution
(13) Recreation, Municipal
(14) School, Preschool-12
(15) Wireless Telecommunications Facility, Small Cells
(b) The following shall be conditional uses in the Single-family Residential District.
(1) Conversion of Old School/Church
(2) Greenhouse, Noncommercial
(3) Home-based Business (Low-Impact)
(4) Solar Energy System, Small
