141.08 PERPETUAL CARE FUND.

(a) There is hereby created a permanent endowment fund for the perpetual care, beautification and maintenance of the cemetery which shall be known as the “Huse Memorial Park Perpetual Care Fund”.

(b) Town Council in consultation with the Commission may require additional funds to be added to the existing Huse Memorial Park Perpetual Care Fund by requiring a percentage of the gross sales of lots, niches, or crypts to be paid into said fund.
