141.05 DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS.
   (a)   All funds and revenues of and from the cemetery shall be deposited in a separate fund in the name of the Commission in some reputable bank or trust company that Council shall designate for such purpose, and shall be withdrawn and expended solely for the purpose of the cemetery. No expenditure shall be made except upon the written approval of the Commission or Council, either or both, and then only upon checks drawn by the Treasurer of the Commission.
   (b)   The Town Treasurer shall not be liable or responsible for any of the funds of the Commission nor for any of the funds coming into the hands of the trustees for the Huse Memorial Park Perpetual Care fund, the collection, custody and disbursement of such funds, being, by this article, the responsibility of the Commission.
