The Commission shall elect from its membership a secretary other officer as it determines to be necessary for the performance of its duties. The Commission may adopt such rules as may be necessary for the transaction of its business, hold regular meetings, and shall keep a record of its official proceedings, a copy of which shall be filed in the town Recorders office. The members of the commission and the officers thereof shall serve without compensation as such. However, the Commission shall have the authority to employ the Town of Fayetteville clerical employees assistance and to incur reasonable and necessary expenses, itemize statements of which shall be submitted to town council with the recommendation of the commission, and shall be paid, upon approval, from funds budgeted to the Huse Memorial Park Commission.
