141.02 COMPOSITION; QUALIFICATIONS, APPOINTMENT, TERM AND REMOVAL OF MEMBERS; VACANCIES.
    (a)   The Huse Memorial Park Commission shall consist of five (5) members, without reference to sex, or party politics, who shall be appointed by the Mayor and conformed by the town council. One (1) of whom shall be a member of the town council and shall be appointed chairperson of the Commission. The council members of the Commission shall serve for a term coextensive with their terms as members of town council; and the other members of the Commission shall be appointed for a term of the following: One (1) for three (3) years, one (1) for two (2) years and two (2) for five (5) years. Members serve until their respective successors are appointed and qualified; all vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term by council. Members of the Commission may be removed by town council for without cause, but shall have an opportunity to be heard at any regular meeting of town council or any special meeting thereof called for that purpose.    (b)   Any member who is a councilperson shall serve during his or her term of office and no member shall serve more than two consecutive terms.
