Upon adoption of this article by the Town Council, the Town Treasurer shall forthwith send to the Tax Commissioner a certified copy of this article, the rate and boundary database required by Section 777.10, along with a description of the boundaries of the Town and such other information as the Tax Commissioner may need to administer, collect and enforce the taxes imposed by this article.
