To the extent permissible by law and to the extent the same are applicable to the taxes imposed pursuant to Sections 777.03 and 777.04, any amendments by the Legislature to West Virginia Code Chapter 11, Articles 9, 10, 15, 15a, and 15b shall automatically apply to the municipal sales and use taxes established by this article.
