777.06 STATE AND LOCAL TAX BASES.

The taxable base of the taxes imposed by Sections 777.03 and 777.04 shall be identical to the sales and use tax base of the state except as provided in Section 777.07, unless otherwise prohibited by federal law, all as required by West Virginia Code Chapter 11, Article 15B, Section 34. (Passed 12-2-21.)
