Any person violating the provisions of this Article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction therefore may be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or remanded to jail for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, or both.
