127.09 FEES FOR FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST.

There shall be assessed a fee for providing information requested pursuant to the West Virginia Freedom of Information Act of fifty cents ($0.50) per page or in the event it is to be done electronically it shall be the cost of a computer flash drive (commonly referred to as a thumb drive). (Passed 7-21-22.)
