The Mayor, in consultation with the Fire Chief, may from time to time promulgate and amend rules and regulations not inconsistent with State law, the Codified Ordinances or other ordinance of the Town for the government of the Fire Department and the conduct of its members. Such rules and regulations, when approved by resolution of Council, shall be obeyed and complied with by all members of the Fire Department.
