171.09 POLICE EQUIPMENT FUND AND POLICE CONTINGENCY FUND.

   (a)   There is hereby created a Police Equipment Fund which shall be funded by the payment of fifteen dollars ($15.00) from the General Fund into that Fund for every conviction in the Municipal Court of the Town.

   (b)   There is hereby created a Police Contingency Fund which shall be funded by the payment of ten dollars ($10.00) from the General Fund into that Fund for every conviction in the Municipal Court of the Town.
