137.04 RESPONSE TO CALLS.
   (a)   The Fire Department shall answer all calls for fires, conflagrations, riots or other disasters within the Town by day or night, and the Fire Chief shall keep an accurate register or record of all members of the department who respond and who fail to respond to such calls.
   (b)   The Fire Department shall answer all calls for fires, conflagrations, riots and other disasters from the Fire Department of Oak Hill; and from persons elsewhere beyond the Town limits who currently are contributors to the Town Volunteer Fire Department Fund in the minimum amount specified for such purpose by Council. A roster of such current contributors, and the location of the properties for which fire alarms shall be answered, shall be maintained at the fire station at all times. The Fire Chief shall keep an accurate register or record of all members of the department who respond and who fail to respond to such calls.
