(a) No owner, occupant or person in charge of any premises, or his or her agent or employee, of any property located in the Town, shall permit on such property, other than wooded lots, any growth of vegetation, weeds or grasses to exceed the height of twelve (12) inches above the ground surface.
(b) Tracts of four (4) or more acres are exempt from this article.
