933.20 ADMINISTRATIVE ENFORCEMENT POWERS.

In addition to the other enforcement powers and remedies established by this Article, the Fayetteville Stormwater Utility has the authority to utilize any of the remedies or sanctions authorized by West Virginia law and this Code that, in its judgement will effectively protect the Storm water System and comply with federal and state laws and regulations.
