153.01 PURPOSE.

It is the intent of the Town Council to facilitate a more efficient method of modifying existing parking regulations than requiring action of Town Council to pass an ordinance for every change in parking restrictions, limitations and locations. The Parking Authority Board is hereby formed for that purpose. (Ord. 2017-6. Passed 12-7-17.)
