5.08.060: HEARING TO REVOKE LICENSE; CONDUCT:
The hearing provided for in this chapter shall be informal and at a regular city council meeting with the licensee or applicants for license, or the property owner, to have reasonable opportunity to be heard. (Ord. 91-07)
