5.08.040: CONVICTION; REFUSAL OF NEW LICENSE FOR PREMISES:

The city council may, after notice of hearing, as provided in this chapter, refuse to issue any city business license for any business at the premises where a violation of this chapter or state law concerning pornographic and harmful materials and performances has occurred for a period of one year after such conviction. (Ord. 91-07)
