5.04.180: INTERSTATE COMMERCE; REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
It is unlawful for any person to engage in any business, occupation, calling or profession which is solely in interstate commerce without first registering with the city and paying the registration fee prescribed by resolution and filing with the city such information as may be required by the city council.
