3.08.040: VIOLATIONS; PENALTIES:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine (see fee schedule) or imprisonment for a period of not more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 2012-02)
