2.30.020: SURPLUS PROPERTY CRITERIA:
In determining whether any real or personal City property shall be deemed surplus, obsolete or excess, the City Council shall find at least one of the following:
   A.   The City has or soon will have no use for the property, nor will it have such a use for the property in the near future.
   B.   Disposal or sale of the property is in the best interests of the City.
   C.   The property is damaged, worn out or otherwise inoperable and the cost of repairing the same is unwise or impractical. (Ord. 13-08)
