A. After compliance with the provisions of this chapter and chapter 16.28
of this title, the subdivider shall submit a final plat with two (2) copies thereof to the Planning Commission. Such plat shall be accompanied by a letter of certification by the subdivider’s engineer, indicating that all lots meet the requirements of the zoning ordinance.
B. The final plat and accompanying information shall be submitted to the Planning Commission at least ten (10) working days prior to a regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting in order to be considered at said meeting. (2024-06: Ord. 89-003 § 6(B))
