15.23.030: PROHIBITED STORAGE AND DEBRIS:
It is unlawful for any person to maintain, store, keep, deposit or leave any pollutant or hazardous material, or any item containing a pollutant or hazardous material in a manner that is likely to result in the discharge of the pollutant or hazardous material to the stormwater system.
