A. Any person violating any of the provisions or failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor.
B. This penalty shall be in addition to any penalties imposed for violation of other chapters of this Code or other State or Federal clean water or stormwater regulations.
C. Each person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of this chapter is committed, continued or permitted by any such person. (Ord. 17-05)
