13.04.090: DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION OF FACILITIES PROHIBITED:
No persons shall maliciously, wilfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenances or equipment which is a part of the wastewater facilities. Any persons violating this provision shall be subject to immediate arrest under charge of disorderly conduct. (Ord. 92-03 § 7)
