16.14.100: APPROVAL:

A. The Planning Commission and the ALUA, respectively, shall approve any complete preliminary and final applications made under this Chapter that comply with applicable City ordinances.

B. The Planning Commission and the ALUA shall issue all approvals in writing. The ALUA shall certify the approved final plat, either by signing the plat directly or by attaching a signed certification to the plat. (Ord. 2024-06)
