12.12.120: LITTERING PROHIBITED:

It is unlawful for any person to litter any park, or to leave or deposit any garbage, junk or refuse of any kind, other than in receptacles provided for that purpose. Except in arenas and pens where horses and other livestock are permitted, animal owners must clean up and remove any animal waste. (Ord. 2015-11)
