12.12.110: FIREWORKS:
   A.   Prohibition: It is unlawful for any person to fire or discharge any firearm, firecracker, fireworks or explosives within any park.
   B.   Exception: In the case of a City sponsored event, the City shall have the right to have fireworks as long as the proper steps have been taken and the fire protection providers have been notified. (Ord. 2015-11)
