12.12.030: RIDING OR DRIVING OFF ROADWAYS PROHIBITED:

It is unlawful for any person to ride or operate any motorized vehicle or similar device, or any horse or animal in or about any park within the corporate limits of the City, except upon roadways and/or other designated areas lawfully established for that purpose. (Ord. 2015-11)
