12.12.010: APPLICABILITY OF PROVISIONS:
   A.   The provisions of this chapter shall not be applicable to any public officer or employee while acting within the scope of his/her employment.
   B.   The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all public parks, cemeteries and other public grounds within the corporate limits of the City. (Ord. 2015-11)
