A. Any person who violates any provision of Utah Code Annotated title 41, as amended, except for the provisions in article 6 of chapter 6, shall be guilty of the offenses as described therein.
B. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any provision of Utah Code Annotated title 41, chapter 6, article 6, as amended, is guilty of an infraction and is subject to a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). (Ord. 98-15 § 2)
