10.04.090: PROHIBITED MAINTENANCE ON STREET:
It is unlawful for any person to park a vehicle upon any public street for the purpose of repairing, painting, lubricating or performing any type of routine or preventative maintenance on such vehicle. (Ord. 98-15 § 2)
