10.04.060: DUTY TO KEEP PROPER LOOKOUT:
No person shall drive a vehicle on the streets of this city without keeping a reasonable and proper lookout for other traffic, people, objects, fixtures or property thereon or adjacent thereto. (Ord. 98-15 § 2)
