10.04.030: CITATION TO CODE:
Where a citation, complaint or information is issued, it shall be sufficient to use the number of the Utah code. Citations, complaints or information issued for violations of this chapter which are not contained in Utah Code Annotated title 41, as amended, shall reference the section of this chapter which has been violated. (Ord. 98-15 § 2)
