It shall be unlawful for any minor under sixteen (16) years of age to loiter on, remain upon, or wander in or upon any of the sidewalks, streets, alleys, roads, highways, parks, playgrounds, public buildings, public places, or any dwelling not their current residence within Farr West City, between the hours of eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. and five o'clock (5:00) A.M. of the following morning.
