It shall be unlawful for any juvenile under eighteen (18) years of age, who is enrolled in any public or private school, alternative education program or is otherwise subject to compulsory education, to loiter on, remain upon, or wander in or upon any of the sidewalks, streets, alleys, roads, highways, parks, playgrounds, public buildings, public places, or any dwelling not their current residence within Farr West City, between the hours of eight thirty o'clock (8:30) A.M. and two o'clock (2:00) P.M. on any day that school is in session for that juvenile or any day that juvenile would otherwise be required to attend that school or other educational program.
