A. Adoption: The provisions of Utah Code Annotated title 76, as amended (criminal code), are adopted and incorporated by reference as ordinances of the city of Farr West, with the exclusion stated in subsection C of this section.
B. Numbering Of Chapters And Sections: The title, chapter and section numbers of the Utah Code Annotated, as amended, for the above provisions are adopted as the corresponding title, chapter and section numbers of the ordinances of the city of Farr West City.
C. Exclusion: Those provisions of Utah Code Annotated titles 76 and 41, as amended, which are reserved exclusively to the state of Utah, counties of the state of Utah or cities of first or second class are not adopted. Specifically, only those provisions which come within the jurisdiction of cities of the third class of the jurisdiction of the justice of the peace court of Farr West City are adopted and incorporated by reference. All definitions and general provisions are adopted and incorporated by reference.
D. Word Substitutions: The city of Farr West City shall be substituted for other governmental entities named in said provisions as may be applicable. (Ord. 81-7 §§ 1, 3, 4, 5)
