8.24.060: EMERGENCY ORDERS, RULES AND REGULATIONS:
All orders, rules and regulations promulgated by the Governor or by the City, or other agency authorized to make such orders, rules and regulations, shall have the full force and effect of law during the state of emergency when filed in the Office of the City Recorder or agency promulgating the same. (Ord. 17-09)
