8.20.060: SAVING CLAUSE:
In the event any word, sentence, paragraph or section of this chapter shall be found to be unconstitutional, it shall not affect the constitutionality or enforceability of the remainder of this chapter which is not specifically found unconstitutional. (Ord. 02-10 § 1)
