8.20.010: PURPOSE:

This chapter shall provide procedures for recovering costs incurred by the city, or any state, county or local governmental agency rendering assistance to the city in responding to hazardous materials and/or aggravated fire emergency responses pursuant to Utah Code Annotated section 53-2-105 or any other applicable law. (Ord. 02-10 § 1)
