2.04.090: DECLARED EMERGENCY:
Whenever a state of emergency is formally declared at the federal, state or local level which substantially prevents or hinders the ability of the city to conform with the requirements of this chapter, the city council may suspend the requirements of this chapter consistent with the terms of the emergency declaration in order to conduct the necessary functions of city government. (Ord. 20-03)
