6.08.060: ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES:
   A.   Enforcement: Enforcement of this chapter is vested with the city inspector and authorized animal control officers.
   B.   Penalties: Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a class B misdemeanor and shall be punished as prescribed by the laws of the state of Utah. If any violation is continued, each day's violation shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 11-04)
