All residential businesses must obtain a City-issued business license before engaging in business. No licensing fee shall be charged for residential businesses which are conducted entirely within the primary residence and when the combined offsite impacts of the residential business and the primary residential use do not materially exceed the offsite impact of the primary residential use alone. License fees shall apply to residential businesses which are conducted wholly or in part in residential accessory or out buildings. Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit Farr West City from licensing, taxing or regulating a residential business to the extent permitted by Utah law. (Ord. 2017-10)
