5.12.110: RULES, REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
   A.   Compliance By Licensee: All alcohol business licensees shall comply with the rules and regulations of the alcoholic beverage control act of the state of Utah or its successor provisions, the regulations of the alcoholic beverage control commission and the requirements covered in this chapter.
   B.   Illumination Of Licensed Premises: The licensed premises shall be kept brightly illuminated at all times while occupied or open for business. In any prosecution for violation of this subsection, if it is shown that there was less than five (5) foot-candles of light anywhere on said premises at any time while it was occupied or open for business, except in closets used exclusively for storage, it shall be presumed that said premises was not sufficiently illuminated.
   C.   Lawful Hours:
      1.   On Premises Alcohol License: All licenses for on premises consumption of alcohol shall comply with all applicable state laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the alcoholic beverage control act.
      2.   Off Premises Beer Retailer License: Beer may not be sold or offered for sale by any off premises beer retailer licensee after one o'clock (1:00) A.M. and before six o'clock (6:00) A.M.
   D.   Employment Of Minors: It is unlawful for any licensee, except a class A off premises beer retailer licensee, to permit any person under the age of twenty one (21) years to sell or serve alcohol. A minor may not sell beer on the licensed premises of an off premises beer retailer unless the sale is done under the supervision of a person twenty one (21) years of age or older who is on the licensed premises and the minor is at least sixteen (16) years of age.
