5.12.100: GRANT OF LICENSE DEEMED CONSENT:
The granting of a class B beer only restaurant license, class C limited service restaurant license, class D on premises retail beer license or class E full service restaurant license, pursuant to this chapter shall be deemed the consent of the city as required by Utah Code Annotated section 32B-5-201(2)(d).
