5.12.070: EXPIRATION OF LICENSE:

All licenses issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire at twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight on December 31 of the year for which issued. No license shall be renewed except upon the filing of a complete application as provided in section 5.12.040 of this chapter, and then only upon the conditions and procedures set forth in said section.
