A. For purposes of alcoholic beverage control within the corporate limits of Farr West City, the city incorporates herein the provisions of Utah code 32B, the alcoholic beverage control act.
B. All alcohol business licenses shall comply with the alcoholic beverage control act of the state or its successor provisions, the regulations of the alcoholic beverage control commission, and this chapter. If the provisions of this chapter are inconsistent with those of the alcoholic beverage control act or the regulations of the alcoholic beverage control commission, the more restrictive provision shall prevail, to the extent permitted by law.
