5.10.330: SEMINUDE ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESS; LOCATION RESTRICTION:

It is unlawful for any business licensed for seminude entertainment to be located within one thousand feet (1,000') of a business licensed for the sale or consumption of alcohol. (Ord. 02-04 § 1)
