§ 53.03 DISCOUNTS.
   All users consuming over 50,000 gallons in any given month shall be entitled to a 15% discount on usage over 50,000 gallons. Users consuming over 75,000 gallons in any given month shall be entitled to a 25% discount on usage over 75,000 gallons.
