§ 53.01 RATES AND CHARGES ESTABLISHED.
   There shall be, and there are hereby established for the use of and service rendered by the waterworks system of the town, the following rates and charges based upon the amount of water supplied during each monthly billing period and the equipment used by said waterworks system.
